Draft — pending legal review

This page is a working draft prepared ahead of formal review by counsel qualified in the DPDP Act 2023 and Indian IT Act. It is not yet in force and should not be relied on as final. No live, paid cases are being accepted while this review is outstanding.

Refund Policy

Draft — last updated 2026-08-22

1. Before we start work

If your case is rejected by our automatic non-targeting or consent checks before any lookup runs, you receive a full refund automatically.

2. Once a report has been generated

Because each report consumes paid third-party API calls at the moment it runs, fees are non-refundable once a report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law or where the report could not be generated due to a fault on our side.

3. Failed or stuck cases

If your case does not complete within a reasonable time of the stated turnaround and no report is delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Disputed or incorrect reports

If a report contains a material factual error attributable to our process (rather than to inaccuracies in the underlying public record), contact us for a review; remedies may include a corrected report or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

5. How to request a refund

Refund requests can be made from your case dashboard or by contacting our support address once published.
